Nothing too crazy here, just a few pics of a nice time and enjoying a variety of conditions.

Dramatic light in the evening after our first day of skiing:

After a night of constant rain and snow, here is someone else's tent that wasn't as rad as ours:

Not the best conditions for flip-flops, but that is what I wore the entire trip except when I was sleeping or in ski boots.

Some purdiness:

Missed the morning bus, so had to chain up and drive:

Pretty crowded out there!

Nope, nothing fun here.

And a little stop on the way back to camp:

With a few of my closest friends...

When did this get so popular?

Another dude on his way home:

Fricken crowds drive me nuts. I might have to start going to Tahoe.

ooh... campfire food! We had some good tinfoil in the coals experiments this trip- potatoes and mushrooms one day, and this was stuffed peppers. Yummy leftovers!

And this was the trip my daughter and I got comfortable with little jumps in the terrain park, and exploring forests. Just when you think that you've explored all the runs in the place, BOOM! Infinite variety opens up.

Very cool. I love that you were cooking with the stove, making your own breakfast out on the deck!

BREAKING NEWS!!! Badger Pass Ski Area burns down after runaway Whisperlite catces main deck on fire.

LOL!! Way to get it done Scott, wish I was doing the same instead of suffering in 90 degree temps here at home. We need to plan a trip soon, how about skiing Whitney this spring?

I have lots of great memories growing up and camping in Yosemite, but skiing wasn't one of them. Way to go Dad!

My dad didn't know anything about skiing. I taught myself and then taught my dad which was in itself pretty cool. We skied a few times at badger.

Great time and thanks for sharing! I was at Badger Pass for the first time on Saturday; what a cute little hill.
