nice trip report.
One note-- it looks like you left your gear on the salathe wall, left to tahoe to go climbing, then returned to pick up your gear and toprope the boulder problem.
It would be nice to not stash gear on the freerider (or any popular yosemite climb, really), and especially not over an extended period of time. It's not considerate of other climbers, and it's not sustainable over the long run.

Matt, you are correct- our gear was up there for way too long. Although its no excuse, plans fell through multiple times (not mentioned in blog) to climb the route. I left it up there with high hopes. Even though it was out of the way, it was still an eyesore and an overall poor decision. I should have cleaned it up way earlier... Thanks for the callout.
