I had to wait for a long time! And to be honest. Patience is not what I am good at.
August 2018 I twisted my knee climbing a nice via ferrata. It took me Hours to get out of there. Then my knee just did not want to heal for a Long time.

On May 1st I started my tour. As I did not know how my knee would react I wanted to start with an easy mountain. I chose the relatively small Seeberg in Bavaria (Southern Germany). It was a nice tour with amazing landscape!

Afterwards I was the happiest person alive! :-)
My knee was ok.
