You picked some classics that provide a sense of "Normal" Yosemite climbing. I hope you make it back one day and spend some time on pure crack climbing, the sort with no hand holds or foot holds.

Nice trip, nice report.

You guys made great use of your time! Cool that you found one of the hotsprings too.

Next time, search for the ghost town of Bodie during a test day.

Wow what great pictures. I have not climbed in Yosemite but those are some beautiful cracks and makes me want to go there more than I already do.

Righteous! Man, you owe it to yourself to come back in October some time. Another world.

We fiddled around on that roof crack on the Gram Traverse. Seems doable - until you get to that third move...

Exiting via the 2 pitches of the Gram traverse add some spice for both the leader and the second. Mind the car size blocks and do not pull to heavily on them...remind: Geological times includes NOW.... the runout Exit on knobs makes it "sweet" and consistent to the very end.

As much as I loved that traverse, I wouldn't do it again and I'd warn my loved ones away from it. Those blocks are probably fine for a long time to come, but there's enough outstanding climbing out there, all of which can also kill you with loose blocks... no need to choose the one that seems most likely to do so!

Yo....nicely done! You guys did not let any moss grow. Let me know if you ever want to do a Desert Towers, Indian Creek, Black Canyon trifecta.

Nice, lads. Glad you got up to Tuolumne to see what else the park has to offer. Come back to the Valley in October next time.

Stoners got steeper and sketchier than it used to be

..to my perception that route is not for soft hearted People ;-)

Stefano, I hope you mean strong-hearted and not hard-hearted. We are all a bunch of softies, as it were, but with strong hearts to withstand the pounding they take on the runouts on Middle and in the Meadows.
