Trip Report
The Col-Col, overcoming my fears
Tuesday December 12, 2017 4:59pm
I started climbing at age 52, when I met my husband, who posts here as “Thirsty”. So far I have enjoyed all the different types of climbing and climbing related things we have done, including long routes, dry rock semi-alpine in the Sierras, cracks, overseas climbing, the van and so forth. First some pictures from the routes leading up to the Col-Col.

On the approach. Not too bad. Every climber in their 50s like us has to do this route. If I can do it, so can you.
