Endless, sustained corners connected by some cruxy face climbing, High Times has some of the best granite corners anywhere. High Times breaks left from Sands of Time with an exciting traverse to gain more perfect dihedrals. A few somewhat contrived variation pitches just left of the start were done later, and the whole route re-named Silk Road by one local, and while it is commonly called Silk Road the true name is High Times. A cruxy face climbing pitch higher leads to even more stellar left-facing corners. The only detraction of High Times is that every dihedral is left-facing, so you’ll get unbalanced muscles if you climb it too many times – and the route will make you want to climb it again and again!
