The first Lover’s Leap climb. It’s a sometimes dirty and brushy event for those who seek adventure, not clean cracks. The first pitch has an awkward 5.6 chimney crux. The wild second pitch enters a cave and ascends a chimney and chockstones to a bushy ledge. Continue over bushes and 3rd class, then escape left via a wild stemming move to a bushy ledge. The final pitch moves out left onto a cool 5.5 arête before going back up and right on a somewhat dirty gully. The last part of the pitch involves a wild 5.6 stem to escape the gully. Photos
