Overview
The Mariuolumne Dome descent gully, which bypasses all the 4th class approach terrain, comes down next to a steep 200-foot wall called the North Wall of Mariuolumne Dome. Immediately next to the descent gully is a fine half-rope-length crack, the appropriately named Seconds to Darkness (5.8 hands). It is a great treat at the end of the day.
