Overview

The Binder has a number of high and mostly moderate problems. This is some of the best rock in the Old County area. However, due to the tall nature of the problems, and the 15 minutes of extra hiking, The Binder sees few crowds. The landings are flat and you get a great view of Lake Tahoe. The harder problems go into the shade in the afternoon.
